We want you to fall in love with what you have ordered, but if you haven't, we've made our returns policy as easy as possible!
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition.
- For hygiene reasons Lingerie will not be accepted under the returns policy.
- All Swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
- We process all returns within one week of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your product is damaged or faulty.
How to return you item:
1. Please email email@example.com in regards to your return so we know your item/s are on their way.
2. Post your item/s to PO BOX 373, Cannon Hill, QLD 4170
3. Insure that your returned parcel includes a note stating your full name, email address, order number and reason for return.

- We source our products from all over the world and is not uncommon for products to arrive separately and at different delivery times.
How can I track my order?
